1. Services

darioa.tech provides AI workflow automation consulting and implementation services. All services are subject to a separate agreement signed before work begins.

2. Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. I reserve the right to decline projects that are not a good fit for my expertise or availability.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom workflows, code, and documentation created specifically for your project. I retain the right to use general approaches and patterns in future work.

4. Limitation of Liability

AI automation involves inherent uncertainty. While I build guardrails and testing, you acknowledge that AI systems may occasionally produce incorrect outputs. I am not liable for business losses resulting from AI errors.
